'Inside Job?' - The Lions Twitter Account Responded Perfectly After Someone (Wink, Wink) Leaked Their New Uniforms Before The Team's Event

So the Lions were supposed to have a big announcement tonight with their new jerseys. Instead someone just so happened to leak the jerseys a few hours early. Impossible to believe something like that with Fanatics running it could happen. I mean they have a perfect record when it comes to jerseys. 

Brutal beat. Luckily the Lions were prepared for this: 

Yep, that's how you handle it. You gotta be prepared for anything when it comes to a jersey announcement. I don't know how we always get the leaks early, but we do. I want to see what the black Lions jerseys look like on the field. Throw some blue pants on there and they could be awesome looking. Also brings back to this era, which, who knows how Lions fans feel about that

I like the fact that they didn't change much with the jerseys. The NFC North teams should always have the same looking jerseys. They are traditional football and we know their looks. There are certain franchises in sports that should always have the same sort of look. 

I know there's a conspiracy theory that the Lions did this themselves. I don't buy it. This is just a social media team prepared for anything. In fact, you can probably go to Dan Campbell who prepped them for this sort of event. No doubt in my mind he had a bunch of backup plans in place.
