It Looks Like Davante Adams Has A Few Regrets About Signing With The Raiders

"I'm the poster child for 'You make a decision and you live with it'"....So I'll never regret anything. I mean, I don't care if I came here and my career went to shit, you gotta make decisions and roll with them. If you're one of them people that gets hung up on, you know, on hindsight or this-and-that then, I mean, you'll lose your fucking mind playing this game."

Davante, the question was "Where do you see Jordan Love going with his career"

Lets break this down with some bullet points.

1. Davante Adams is one of the great WRs to play the game. He's already in the top-45 for yards and is 12th all time in receiving touchdowns at age 31. He's arguably the best route runner in the game and I DESPISE the fact that he is on the Raiders.

2. It's tough to blame him for wanting to leave Green Bay when he did. Running the offseason rigamarole with Rodgers was a pain and nobody knew if Love figure it out. So why not leave if you can be the top paid WR in the league somewhere that is a little more solid.

3. All of that said, it's really hard to feel even a little bit bad for him.

All of those reasons to leave are perfectly valid! But to decide to put all of your eggs in the basket that is his college buddy the extremely mid Derek Carr, the TERRIBLE Josh McDaniels and the absolute garbage organization that is the Las Vegas Raiders was never the right call. 2/3 factors are no longer there, with McDaniels being fired in disgrace and Carr being put out to pasture like a sick animal. Now he's stuck with AOC or Minshew throwing him the ball, a first-time HC calling the shots (I think Pierce will be better than McDaniels but thats a low bar), and the Chargers disgraced ex-GM behind the scenes.

So, Davante, enjoy getting paid the big bucks to fight for third in the division
