'They Play Balls To The Wall At All Times' - Tyrese Haliburton Is So Rattled By The Knicks Bully Ball Style, He's Watching Offensive Line Film To Prepare

Mentally preparing for seeing the Pacers in the postseason is something I've waited a long time for. This was the rivalry from the 90s. This was the team I fucking hated because of Reggie Miller and well, a whole lot of other reasons that I'll let Clem explain later today. Now it's different times. Not like these teams have been competing for titles or the Eastern Conference or anything like that. But here we are again, I've gone back in time to the 90s and am hating the Pacers with every ounce of my body.

Seeing this from Tyrese Haliburton? I love it as a Knicks fan. He's already getting in his head. Offensive line film isn't going to help you when these guys are standing across from you.

Bully ball has never been more back than watching this Knicks team. For everyone who bitches about no defense in the NBA, watch how the Knicks fly around. You wanna play physical? Hartenstein and Mitchell Robinson got 6 fouls a piece to give. Josh Hart will do whatever the hell it takes to get maybe a shot at an offensive rebound.

But if buddy is out here talking about watching offensive line film, all it does is show me how rattled Haliburton is. I don't care if he's a good player. He's already worried about bully ball. He's already trying to figure out how to fight it and that's step 1 in the mental warfare game. You know Thibs is loving it. At least he was smart enough to say he's only watching Quenton Nelson's film and not the entire Colts offensive line. You're basically admitting defeat if that happened.

Game 1, time to set the tone. We're back at the Garden. Hard fouls, bring in an enforcer and plant Haliburton on his ass early to remind him it's bully ball style.
