Most Average NYC Bus Interaction: Guy Installs Hammock And Gets Pissed Off When The Driver Tells Him He Can't Be A Caterpillar

I'm sitting in 60 degree New York City at the home of Barstool Comedy and I heard some rumblings about "hammock guy". I had no idea what they were talking about, but as a guy who goes outside and touches grass on occasion, hammocks are a man's best friend. After a simple Twitter search of "hammock" I found who has now just earned the nickname "hammock guy" and the clip is EVERYWHERE. And before you comment, I can already see what is going to be written below. "This is fake you stupid AI bot", "Nice Barstool falling for some more skits and passing them off as real", "This isn't a Reags blog on Bronny that makes absolutely zero sense, we want more of those". I get all that.

But anyone who lives in New York City can probably tell you that even if this is fake, it may be one of the most normal interactions they will see all day. And have you even thought about the fact that this fella is exhausted and has no where else to go you horrible humans?

And even if it is a skit, this guy had a method to win virtually any debate you'll ever be in. "Show me the no hammock sign" is any master debater's trump card. "But sir, we have rul---" Nope. Where's the no hammock sign?

Let dudes be dudes and if that involves spinning around like a caterpillar ready to escape its cocoon then so be it. Play the music!
