I May Be Out On Charcoal Grills
I have been searching for a grill the past few weeks for when I move into my new home at the end of the month. This past weekend I got a look at some grills up close.
And this morning somebody sent me in my first grill!
So I assembled it today on The Yak
In only 22 minutes! Not to brag…
Then I went into the kitchen while being supervised by Chef Donny. And I'm just going to say it - wayyyy too much fire. I would not be comfortable with this many open flames near my home.
I will admit, I was unsure if I was supposed to put the top on while it was grilling or leave it open.

I put the top on and realized after a few minutes that these patties were NOT ready to be flipped.
So we started took the top off and started having some fun.
And while the flames got a bit high for my liking, the end result was pretty solid.
That being said, the fire was way wayyyy to much and I can't subject my house and family to that. So for that reason, I am OUT on charcoal. That being said, the final decision for the grill is still up in the air.
