Scottie Scheffler's First Hole As A Dad: A Ho-Hum Hole Out Eagle, Still Fucking Ridiculous At This Whole Golf Thing

Come on, man. Scottie Scheffler's first hole, first tournament back since becoming a dad and this is what he does? It's unfair I tell you, unfair. There's gotta be some rust, you don't get dad strength this fast. You don't get this sort of dad luck right away. The kid is still too new, but we're talking about Scottie, the guy dominates everything. 

Look I know round 1 is playing somewhat easy. There are scores out there all over the place, led by Xander's record 62. But now we have Scottie playing. The guy has been on fire this year, putting together shit we haven't seen since prime Tiger. He's dominant every which way you want to look at it. We talked about single Rory, or Justin Thomas playing at home or all these other storylines. Nope, it's just Scottie being the best in the world. 

This reaction says it all too. He expects to be the best out there, he knows he's the best out there. Granted when you're this good you can't always be surprised at 170-yard hole outs.
