Professional Dancer Hayden Hopkins Quickly Clarifies That The Father Of Her Child Is NOT Mark Davis After Online Rumors

There aren't many things I learned in capital J Journalism school in college, but maybe the most regurgitated one in class was the importance of validity of sources. The last thing you want to do is find yourself being the subject of a lawsuit for flat out reporting something that is just incorrect. Unfortunately for society, armchair journalism in the form of Twitter likes and being first instead of correct is in.

I saw the post above and one from well-respected and well-sourced cartoon avatar Twitter NFL journalist Dov Kleiman about Hayden Hopkins and Mark Davis having a child together because they're allegedly dating, which would maybe be of note, except it's totally untrue. The rumors were so bad that Hayden, who hasn't tweeted in THREE YEARS, hopped on the ole bird app to make sure everyone knew that she's absolutely not with Mark Davis and he's absolutely not the father of her child. 

The best part about these journalists like Dov? They just delete the tweet and it's like it never happened. Must be nice. Anyway, meet professional dancer Hayden Hopkins, who again, is not pregnant with Mark Davis' kid:

Congratulations are in order for the happy couple, and not the one that the internet was wrongly speculating the whole time. I can't believe the Internet was wrong. Never seen that happen before.
