Earned Not Given: A Group Of Attractive Mormon Swingers Get a Reality Show On Hulu After a Sex Scandal That Tore a Family Apart Goes Viral
Let's run through a completely hypothetical situation real quick. Bear with me if you will.
Pretend you're a woman of Mormon faith from where else but Utah. Of course you're a TikTok star who tells the internet WAY too much. One day you decide to reveal that you and your pals engage in a bit of soft-swinging. What's that you may ask? That's when you swap wives and do just about everything except have sex. What could go wrong? Well, it turns out during the soft-swinging, you broke the cardinal rule and fucked another person's husband. Shocking! Said husband then leaves you and your children, thus ruining your family. Then let's say you get a new boyfriend, but on a night you get too drunk you throw a chair at him and accidentally strike your five year old daughter in the face. The incident leads to you getting arrested for domestic violence.
(ABC) Herriman police arrested Paul on Friday, Feb. 17, after she was accused of hitting her partner, putting him in a chokehold and throwing furniture around the home, one of which reportedly hit her child in the head.
During the argument, Paul reportedly threw “heavy, metal chairs” at her partner, which put holes in the wall and knocked down some home decorations. Police said Paul’s boyfriend asked her to stop multiple times, as Paul’s child was next to him on a couch. However, she allegedly threw another metal chair in their direction and struck the child, who cried following the incident.
So in theory, if all of that happened to you, what would be your next move? Switch religions? Leave the country? Rehab? Well, if you answered "open up your life even more, bring all your hot degenerate friends with you, and make a reality show," then you nailed what this woman Taylor Paul decided to do!
Introducing Hulu's 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives'
The show seems to answer the age old question, "was social media a mistake?"
Luckily, we're not limited to Taylor and her issues. There's also someone named Whitney Leavitt. She caught some heat a few years ago after she performed a TikTok dance to a Kendrick Lamar song next to her ailing newborn. Her baby was hooked up to breathing tubes and suffering from a respiratory issue. Not my favorite time to do a TikTok dance but to each their own.
Here are a few of the other "stars"
You happy? Now my algorithm is broken.
While rewarding these people with a reality show seems low, if you throw together some attractive, degenerate Mormons who blow each other's husbands, do drugs, drink alcohol, and get into sex scandals you're probably going to get a ton of eyeballs. Someone at Hulu knows the concoction that Americans eat up. Will I watch? I for sure hope not, but on occasion I do find myself absorbing some god awful reality TV before bed. It's a sickness. No telling if all of these women were involved in the soft-swing club, but I have a feeling they're all going to contribute in some way to us wishing a new plague was on deck.
