No-Brainer: Oklahoma Football's Newest Tradition Is Blasting Toby Keith Through The Stadium For A Sing-Along Between The 3rd And 4th Quarters

You wanna talk about no-brainer decisions? This is it. Toby Keith was always around Oklahoma football games and if there's one thing we know about college football is it's tradition based. Each school has their song, each school has their thing. Oklahoma is far from the first school to have something like this.

Florida has Tom Petty:

Wisconsin has Jump Around

Virginia Tech has Enter Sandman

And now Oklahoma has Toby Keith. Here's the thing, they need to limit it to one song. Can't mix up the song each time, make one your thing and quite frankly I'd go with Beer for my Horses. I would have said Should've Been a Cowboy, but can't have that with Oklahoma State being the Cowboys. That's begging for your rivals to make fun of you. Can't go with As Good As I Once Was too. That's begging for people to make fun of you for hanging out to the 1990s. Beer for my Horses is a damn good song and everyone can belt it out. That's the key here.

You could argue Toby Keith was the face of Oklahoma fans. Dude showed up to all the games, lived and breathed Oklahoma sports. It wasn't fake, it was authentic all the way around. It only makes sense for a place like Oklahoma to add in this sort of tradition. It's what makes college sports the best. Every place has their own thing, now add Oklahoma's sing-along to the list. Oh and they should 100% just sell everything in a red solo cup. Embrace it all.
