Tom Brady's Broadcasting Debut Was Pretty Bad

I had this take a long time ago when Brady was first announced to be a $375M analyst after having the best career as a QB ever. The dude is an absolute robot and is definitely a very talented QB but his personality and smoothness is pretty clunky.

People really did not like him. Some people are saying he made Tony Romo look like a god in the booth.

I mean I guess he was pretty nervous from the sounds of him freezing up at times. It was a pretty big shit show to be honest. His booth partners carried him and maybe this was just first game jitters? I honestly thought that no one could be that attractive, that good at football, and also be personable.

Like there is no way that Tom Brady has ever had to develop a personality to implore people to like him in the past 25 years. He's been accustomed to everyone liking him automatically to just say they are "friends of Tom Brady" The only person who ended up not being able to handle it was Gisele Bundchen. I mean that's the type of personality that ends up rubbing someone who has to spend forever with you the wrong way and cause it quits. Look I don't mean to shit on Tom Brady's amazing life but I am just saying the guy isn't great on the mic and probably has a little anxiety of some sort lmao. I mean imagine getting paid close to half a billion dollars just to talk about something you spent 20 years doing. Gotta cause a little imposter syndrome.

I mean FSUmollz has really had enough and wants Greg Olsen back.

It's so bad she is supporting a Umiami 7th-floor crew alumn and her whole persona is FSU.

At the end of the day though Tom Brady is still sicker at football while retired then a lot of guys are who are currently playing. If we know anything about Brady he will hit the drawing board and come back better and better.

Brady's performance may have been a big help to Deshaun Watson, who sucked really bad against the Cowboys but hey.

I will give credit where credit is due, his breakdown of Parson's getting a chip block and beating it was interesting how he could predict it.
