Loser Of The Week: This Michigan Dad That Used His Son To Set Up Quinn Ewers With A "Horns Down" After The Game

Listen, I'm sure people are going to say that I'm only writing this blog because it's Michigan related, but that couldn't be further from the truth. The fact of the matter is that I would write this blog if it were Georgia, Alabama, Clemson, or even Ohio State. I think what this Dad did is so despicable that he should lose the right to attend football games. And in all honesty, I'm shocked that people that have Field Access think like this? I was under the impression that people with Field Access are calm, cool, and collected. Let the crazies sit up in the nosebleeds. But nope, turns out the biggest attention seeking looney toon at the Michigan / Texas game on Saturday was right down on the field the entire game. I'm not talking about Sherrone Moore. I'm talking about this Dad that set up Quinn Ewers to try and make him look bad, RIGHT AS HE WAS DOING SOMETHING NICE!

Just so we're on the same page here, what he did was:

- Have his Son (looks about 8 years old) ask Quinn Ewers for a picture after Texas beat (should use a stronger word here Michigan)

- Wait until Quinn is situated for the photo, then motion his kid to throw the Horns Down

- Snap a photo

It was a setup! It was more than a setup! It was using an 8 year old kid to get a couple internet clicks. And what drives me nuts about it is that Quinn was taking the time to do something nice for the guy and kid. What a scumbag that Dad is. Kind of reminds me of Baby Gronk, no?

How about we just let kids be kids? And how about we not try and trick nice people like Quinn Ewers when they're going out of their way to be nice to your kid? A picture with Quinn Ewers doing the horns up would make your son the king of the elementary school for the rest of the month, and it'd be something that he can look back on in a few years when Quinn is playing on Sundays. What if Quinn Ewers is a Hall of Famer one day? But instead, you'll have this video, where you were such an asshole for a quick laugh that it makes you and your son (who was following your orders) look silly.
