Connor Bedard Has Been A BADDDD Boy This Preseason

There's no sugarcoating how bad the preseason has been on an off the ice for the Blackhawks. Obviously preseason doesn't matter, but in year 3 of Richardson and with the veteran additions you'd think the Blackhawks would look a little better than this so far

Last night was different though. A 6-2 win and our beautiful boy has turned into a bad ass. It's like he looked in the mirror and someone gave him the Cool Runnings speech before he came back to Chicago 

I love it. And hate it at the same time. My brain knows we don't need Bedard starting fights, but my heart and my balls fucking love it. This team needs more bite. They need more unity. Nothing brings that out of a team more than your star player mixing it up. Your best players have to set the tone and they have to create the culture. You don't want it to be Bedard, but it needs to be Bedard. Let's get the season started. Let's start building. Let's have an identity and a team that is a bunch of bad ass muthers who won't take no crap off of nobody.
