The Buffalo Chick'n, Blue Cheese, In A Bell Pepper "Sandwich" Is The Best Concoction You've Never Had

This "sandwich" and I use that in quotations because it's not on bread, but a bell pepper was terrific. It's a plant-based chicken imposter meat with buffalo sauce with blue cheese underneath (to keep it tight, not messy). I got A LOT of hate for this.
