Suck It, Giannis: Tyrese Haliburton Hit His Game Winner In DX-Inspired Shoes

SUCK IT! If you haven't seen Tyrese Haliburton's game winning 4 point play against the Bucks, you need to get out from under your rock and watch. iT's ReGuLaR sEaSoN bAsKeTbAlL ... last nights game had playoff feel to it with playoff implications, a billion lead changes, and the game coming down to the wire. The final play was a thing of beauty as the Pacers go full football mode by drawing up a their version of a Hail Mary. The only thing more beautiful than Tyrese Haliburton hitting the game winner are his custom WWE DX inspired shoes.

Now, I'm not a wearer of Puma shoes, but I'm about to be. If Tyrese wants to go full super star mode and hit game winners right in Giannis' grill wearing these bad boys, I'll become a full supporter. Tyrese will have kids balling out in hot pink crocs if he keeps hitting clutch shots and playing the way he has been after the All-Star break.

I was on the fence about the original Pumas Haliburton wore when he first signed his massive shoe deal, but these new DX shoes rock. Even Triple H noticed the greatness of these shoes. The only thing that could have possibly made this moment better would be Tyrese hitting that shot in front of the Buck's bench and then hitting them with the DX CHOP. That's the only way this moment could have been more iconic, but Haliburton didn't want to get hit with a $25k fine?!?!?

YOU JUST SIGNED A $250 MILLION DOLLAR CONTRACT!!!!! $25K is a piss in the bucket. Indianapolis would have started a GoFundMe to pay the fine if it meant getting to have that moment forever. You think Triple H wouldn't throw in a couple grand to the pot? A SUCK IT RIGHT IN GIANNIS' FACE?! Incredible. There'd be a resurgence of middle school kids running around telling their 3rd period teach SUCK IT for assigning them homework. I guess the moment might have been too much for some. Tim Hardaway Sr's head would have imploded for that type of shit talk coming from Tyrese. I guess Haliburton will just have to hit the DX Chop on his next game winner on the Bucks.
