Caleb Wilson Is OUT, Purdue Is BACK IN, and Darryn Peterson Is....We Don't Know

BREAKING NEWS: MOSTLY HOOPS IS GOING TO 3 EPISODES PER WEEK THE REST OF THE SEASON. We will be live on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays the rest of the year, starting next week.

That's the good news. The bad news is that today, Titus was ruled OUT. He warmed up and thought he could go, but in the end, after talking to his agent, he could not suit up. We gave White Boy Rick more usage, Dana Beers stepped up, and the show went on. Here are some of the topics we discussed on today's show:

- Kansas beat Arizona in the win the of the year, and they did so without Darryn Peterson. They have to be talking behind his back, right? And his agent has to be the reason he's sitting so much, right?

- Caleb Wilson is OUT with a fractured hand. He says he'll return, but does the timeline make sense? And how much treading water can UNC do without him?

- Purdue survived an epic collapse against Nebraska. Is Purdue back? And which of these two teams is more likely to be standing after the first weekend? What about the second weekend?

- Michigan was down 16 with 14 minutes to go....and they beat Northwestern by 12. Is Michigan the new #1 team in the country?

- Jerome Tang went on a tirade after Kansas State's 29 point loss to Cincinnati. What the fuck is wrong with this guy and why doesn't he realize he's a major part of the problem?

- Barstool Greg Check-In. We may have a problem on our hands though as Missouri and Ohio State could be competing for the last spot in the tournament.

And then we played some Quick Hitters with the chat:

- Who had the better dunk? Jaron Pierre Jr or Luke Almodovar

- Which conference is the champion going to come from? You get the every team from the entire conference

- If you were an NBA GM, who would you take 1st overall in the draft?

- Which team is the biggest fraud in the country?

- You are down 1 with less than 10 seconds left – who in the country do you want taking that last shot?

- You are starting a team now that needs to win the National Championship - who is your point guard?

- Arizona, Michigan, Duke, and UConn are the clear #1 seeds - who is most likely to NOT be a #1 seed on Selection Sunday?

- Would you rather have Michigan and Arizona or the rest of the field?

- Does Miami (OH) finish the regular season undefeated?
