A Police Officer Talking A Suicidal Man Down Then Giving Him A Hug Is A Great Video

I don’t know if anybody has blogged this yet but I wanted to share it.  Just a great video.  A feel good video as your Friday at work winds down.  A very human moment there between those two men who don’t know each other but a series of random events brought them together.  Police officer doing his job, literally talking a guy off the edge and making him rethink whatever horrible thing he’s thinking about doing.  That would’ve been good enough.  Then the officer goes one step further and gives the guy a hug.  He didn’t have to.  That’s not in the job description.  Sometimes a person just needs a hug.  Hugs are the best.  The very best. Give as many as you can. Let the big bear get his paws on ya from time to time. Hey, we’re all spinning around on this blue rock in the middle of nowhere together.  Who knows what kind of demons those around you are dealing with.  Might as well hug it out every once in a while. Major props to that police officer.
