Tyga Allegedly Tried To Pick Up A 14-Year-Old Model On Instagram, Asked Her To Sing For Him On FaceTime

TMZ – Gloria Allred says her 14-year-old client has been forced to reveal her identity after Tyga repeatedly contacted her, and then OK! ran a story about it, claiming Kylie Jenner busted him.

Allred held a news conference in NYC with the teenager, a model named Molly O’Malia … who claims Tyga initiated the convo with her, and not the other way around.

Allred launched an attack against OK! because she says the magazine poorly pixelated Molly’s image. She says people figured out it was Molly, and have been hounding her about allegedly coming between Kylie and Tyga.

Molly, who’s also an aspiring singer, claims Tyga reached out to her … first through Instagram … and she only responded because she thought it was about her music. She says she got skeeved out though when he allegedly asked to FaceTime.

Tyga’s manager Anthony Martini tells TMZ the rapper reached out to 14-year-old Molly O’Malia after his team found out she had a pretty strong musical following online and thought she might be a candidate for a Last Kings Records project … The rep says Tyga wanted to FaceTime Molly to talk business and see her sing.

I’ve been intrigued by Tyga ever since he was dating Kylie Jenner, not because he’s so cool or lucky but because he was a dude in his mid-20s dating an underage girl and the public and media were just like “Yeah but she’s a Kardashian, totally fine.” And now I’m seeing this girl and while I’m very sympathetic and fully understand it is not good business to go sliding in the DMs of 14-year-olds, I have to admit I kinda feel the same way here. It is not normal that this girl looks like that at 14. And even if Tyga seemingly has a penchant for underage chicks, this is a situation where I don’t see how there’s any way you can tell this girl is anything less than an adult without checking an ID (especially if reports from Tyga’s camp that she told him she was 17 are accurate, not much better in terms of being a creep but a HUGE difference). How do we as a society not card kids before they’re online on any platform at this point? You don’t normally have leggy 14-year-old supermodels walking around a bar or other place adults convene, why are they allowed to strut around online confusing innocent and upstanding underage girl fuckers like Tyga?

Also I mentioned in JJ’s Yuppie Junk podcast over the holidays that I find the “Do you know who I am” type of DM slide pickup to be one of the worst you can do because there’s no subtlety to it. But Tyga seems to have a decent racket with his DM game here, talking to (hopefully of legal age) girls about music then asking them to sing on FaceTime. Sure the jig is quickly up when his dick pops into the iPhone camera’s frame during a shittily warbled 2nd stanza of some old Mariah Carey song, but it’s a great setup to get to that point all the same. Theoretically. Totally not cool in reality. No sir.
