Matt Barnes Is Reminding Everybody That He Allegedly Beat Derek Fisher's Ass
Gotta respect this move out of Barnes. I believe it’s what the kids these days call “keepin’ it one hunnid”. If your former teammate and friend is going to stick it in everyone’s eyeball that he literally cuckolded you, the absolute least you can do is remind the world that you kicked his ass. Because I think winning a fight trumps sleeping with a guy’s wife, right? Especiallyyyyy if it’s a friend/former teammate. AND he reportedly ratted to the cops and/or NBA. That’s straight scumbag shit. Now whenever members of those old Lakers teams want to meet up, they have to choose between inviting Barnes or Fisher. And you know who they are going to choose 100 times out of 100? Barnes. Because even though he seems like an asshole, he probably won’t steal your girl the millsecond you turn your back.
Being a Knicks fan, it feels so good to not have to root for a guy like Fisher anymore. That’s literally the only good thing besides watching Porzingis play these days. Sure Kurt Rambis is slowly sucking the life out of the franchise and fans are just as depressed as always. But I suppose it’s better in the long run than watching your team lose and hoping the coach doesn’t rock the boat by making a pass at LaLa or something. I need Barnes to turn into the real life Clubber Lang, just taunting Fisher through verbally through TV and tweets. Because a guy that looks like this on a Happy Birthday tweet doesn’t have all his dogs barking.
