Japanese Baseball Team Does A "The Ring"-Inspired First Pitch And It Is Terrifying

Stay weird, Japan. Stay fucking weird. That first pitch was very #OnBrand for Japan but that doesn’t make it any less terrifying. There’s just something about that chick with her hair covering her face that makes me wanna sprint outta my own skin. The Ring came out when I was about 12 years old and I somehow got my hands on a copy and watched it with friends. After that I didn’t answer the home phone for a week (lol back when we had landlines). My mom got super pissed. I didn’t care. That little girl with her wet hair and sickly skin was gonna crawl outta that well and into my living room. I knew she was. What was she doing with her arms before the pitch? How was everyone not streaming for the exits when that was happening? It’s all fun and games until it’s not and it’s actually the girl from the well and she’s there to kill you. It didn’t happen this time. But it will. Trust.
