Indians Fans Created A Wedding Registry For Joe Buck And Kyle Schwarber

If you haven’t noticed during the eight and a half hour-long broadcasts for each World Series game, Joe Buck’s got a little something something for Kyle Schwarber.

And hey, I get it. It’s an incredible story that’s been told over and over again both on FOX and right here on Barstool. To be honest, I don’t even think it’s been excessive, either. I think it’s a great story, and they should absolutely be hyping the shit out of Schwarber, especially since not only did he return, but he’s also mashing. It’d be a little too much if he came all the way back just to become a black hole in the Cubs‘ lineup, but that’s certainly not the case.

On the other side of things, I would totally be in the same mindset as Indians fans if I were them. Not only do Indians fans have to hear about the Cubs’ 108-year World Series drought constantly, but they’re also dealing with being “that team that’s playing the Cubs in the World Series.” It’s Cubs this and Cubs that. Marcia, Marcia, Marcia. In addition to all that, now they’ve got a story within the story in regards to Schwarber’s heroic return. Nobody is more enthralled by Schwarber’s comeback tale than FOX broadcaster Joe Buck, and Indians fans are noticing. So much so that they have created a Bed Bath & Beyond wedding registry for the two.

Indians fans know a thing or two about wedding registries, because they found Indians pitcher Ryan Merritt’s wedding registry, and bought him and his fiancé everything that they needed after he shut out the Blue Jays in Game 5 of the ALCS to clinch the pennant.
