Videos like this shake you to your core. For DECADES the 99 cent Arizona Iced Tea has been something we all could believe in. Delicious yet cheap. Some would argue it was the perfect drink and the symbol of the American dream. Arizona then partnered with one of the great Americans ever and mass produced Arnold Palmers, which were equally delicious as the OG Arizonas. But today (or I guess for a while now) we learned the ugly truth about Arizona. It was all too good to be true. You really do get what you pay for. Shaq Soda is a goddamn joker drink. Giving someone a Shaq Soda is like just giving them the stump of the muffin. And the Arizona people can spin their tired “just the can” rhetoric all they want.
I’m not buying it at all. Not one bit. There’s an old saying in Tennessee. I know it’s in Texas, probably in Tennessee, that says, “Fool me once, shame on, shame on you. Fool me — you can’t get fooled again.”
