Mexico Straight Up Invented A Cloud That Rains Tequila

FB - This cloud is the stuff of college party dreams, as it literally rains tequila.

Visit Mexico, the official tourism promotion council and site for the country, developed the cloud to be displayed as part of a specific campaign to get Germans to travel to Mexico.

It sounds like an odd combination, but Germany is the number two importer of tequila from Mexico and gets a TON of rain throughout the year, according to Adweek. So during Germany’s rainiest month, Visit Mexico set up an exhibit that featured this tequila cloud as a promotion for German citizens to vacation in Mexico.

Every once in a while we get a story that makes us realize the future has arrived. Self-driving cars, VR sex, and now, making clouds that can rain tequila. Imagine telling someone back in 1934 that one day we’ll be able to make a tequila cloud, they’d smack you in the face with their top hat.

This technology might be the best technology I’ve ever heard. If we can make and manipulate tequila clouds, think about what else we can make. Just imagine a beer cloud at a bar. Remember the old Blackout Tour Foam Parties? Where 1,000 guys and up to 3 or 4 girls would dance around in piles of foam and STDs? Now replace the foam with Bud Light. Or frozen margaritas. The sky is the limit for alcohol clouds.

So shout out to our Mexican hombres for developing this technology. Hopefully the wall won’t be too high and they can float some of those clouds this way, would be a nice little gift in exchange for letting all their people build and pay for it.
