Convicted Sex Scandal Teacher Sues Her Victim for Defamation

SSTa

CaliforniaA teacher convicted of having sex with a 16-year-old student is now suing her former pupil for defamation.

Tara Stumph, a 36-year-old former teacher at Arroyo Grande High School in Arroyo Grande, Calif. has launched a lawsuit against the student, accusing him of making statements that hurt her career and reputation. …

According to the lawsuit, the teen allegedly talked trash about the sex-starved educator “to various classmates, family and other members of the community.” …

She engaged in more than a year-long sexual relationship with the young man between September 2014 and December 2015. Stumph also sent nude selfies and videos to the teenage boy.

I appreciate and admire 2016 All Star Team final cut Tara Stumph for fighting back against a kid sullying her reputation like this. You’d hate to have his slander ruin the good name of the teacher who boned him for a solid year and sent him nude selfies. Sure, she and have sex with him. Shoot videos of herself for him to forward to his buddies to masturbate to. But that doesn’t give him carte blanche to go around spreading rumors and innuendo that hurt her career. If you let a thing like that go unchecked, it will ruin the good name of convicted Sex Scandal Teachers all across the country.

At the same time, I’m a little dubious about this lawsuit. I want the boy’s harassment to stop just as much as Tara Stumph does. But this is the second SST story to involve a lawsuit in just the last week. First we had a school system forced to pay a kid $125,000 for the damage done to him by having sex with the fabulous Jennifer Caswell in her classroom, house and car. And now Tara fires back with this one.

Again, I appreciate that she has the moral high ground here. But like I said in Jennifer’s case, once you start getting the lawyers involved, it will take all the romance and beauty out of grown woman throwing their lives away just to get some teenage D from their students. Let’s go back to settling these matters like mature adults and future adults. And keep the lawyers from ruining these for all of us.
