We Have A Full Blown One Bite Pizza Controversy On Our Hands

Courier Journal - The Cardinals weren’t the only ones getting beat up in Louisville this weekend. Dave Portnoy — the founder of the online sports and media blog Barstool Sports — had some scathing words in a viral video food review for The Post Pizzeria in Germantown, causing a slew of prank phone calls and mean comments on social media towards the local business. “I have never ever had worse service … They said 15 minutes for the pizza, hour and a half later I got my pizza,” Portnoy said in the video. “I guess leave yourself like seven extra hours if you’re in Louisville. I guess they got nothing going on in Louisville.” Laura Neely, the owner of The Post, said the viral video host was overexaggerating. “That guy was told 35 minutes and it took us 45 minutes to give him his pizza,” Neely said. “He was very nice to everyone when he was inside. But then he went outside and proceeded to give us that review. I don’t know what his deal is.”

WELL I NEVER! Listen you can question a lot of things about me but NEVER question my pizza review integrity. Laura Neely is a flat liar. They told us 15-25 minutes for pick up. Very standard. I showed up 20 minutes after placing the order and waited an hour to 90 minutes for the pizza. Every 10 minutes they told me 5 minutes more. I had to go outside 3 times to tell Frankie the pizza still wasn’t ready. They gave me a 10 dollar gift card for the long wait. Who gives a 10 dollar gift card when a pizza is only 10 minutes late? The answer is nobody. The bartender apologized to me 10 times. It took so long my phone legit died waiting for it. Now was I sitting there smashing bottles on the ground? No I just sat at the bar and watched TV getting increasingly agitated. But for this lady to say the pizza was 10 minutes late is such an outrageous lie I almost hope the FDA, FBI and CIA shut this joint down. Instead of making excuses just apologize and promise to get better. This is so Lebron it hurts.
