    On this episode of 20 Dollar Chef I went with the a strong recipe, slow cooked beer brisket tacos. It's extremely easy to make and fun because it's a crock-pot recipe! There is something about knowing dinner is cooking all day long. Making the house smell delicious. Plus, anything you can make with beer is always a plus. 

    For this recipe I grabbed a 3 or so lb. slab of brisket and gave it 9/10 hours in the crock-pot. When finished I added the meat to the plate along side the rice and give each person their tortillas and let them use them however they’d like. Wether that is as a taco or just rip, grab and go. Which is how I preferred.  A little 

    Recipe:

    • 3 lbs. of brisket
    • 1 onion
    • 1 Jalapeno
    • Garlic
    • 1 cup of chicken stock
    • 1 Labatt Blue Beer
    • Salt & Pepper
    • Paprika 
    • Cumin
    • Garlic salt
    • Red pepper flakes
    • a small can of tomato sauce
    • A pack of some good ass tortillas
    • Cilantro for garnish
    • 1 lime
