10 Minute Broiled Salmon

Heatly, delicious and fast. This meal is a triple threat.
INGREDIENTS
-6 oz fillet of salmon x2
-2 Tbsp white miso paste
-1 Tbsp sake or water
-1 Tbsp mirin (sub honey)
-1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
-1 teaspoon chili oil
-1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
METHOD
-Combine ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined
-Spread the mixture evenly on to your salmon fillets and allow to sit for at least 10 minutes
-Turn the oven broiler on to high, place the top rack a good 5 inches away from the broiler
-Lay the salmon on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil
-Place sheet in the oven and broil for 8-10 minutes
-Garnish w/ sesame seeds and scallions
-Enjoy
