Virginia's Closer And Future Barstool Employee Stephen Schoch Is My Newest Mortal Enemy

There have been two breakout stars in Omaha this week at the College World Series.
The first is poor Ben Mintz. I like Ben. I think he's a good American and he likely pays his taxes. He has interesting taste in music and he looks like what people pretended I looked like when I first got hired.
That being said, he's putting on an absolutely shit-tastic performance this week. One for the ages.
By now you've seen it, but he single-handedly mushed the best pitcher in America yesterday. Vanderbilt's Jack Leiter was cruising, throwing a perfect game until Ben opened his mouth.
Luckily, no one saw this and it was quickly swept under the rug.
Or the complete opposite happened.

Keep in mind that this historic jinxing was on top of Mintz's inability to pick one winner this week. It has been astonishing. But I'm rooting for him.
The other breakout star surrounding the CWS has been Virginia closer Stephen Schoch, who might be my least favorite person I've ever met. Why? Because I've been stuck with Marty Mush and Dana Beers for two years, and Stephen is one of them. He's exactly like them in every way.
So Marty and I sat down with Schoch for 15 minutes and talked, and it was hell. Watch the video above.
