Frank Walks Episode 28: Ryan Fitzpatrick and Andrew Whitworth Presented by BODYARMOR
This morning, I had a special Halloween walk with Ryan Fitzpatrick and Andrew Whitworth, who are in town for Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime.
Both former NFL players now work as pregame, halftime, and postgame analysts, along with Tony Gonzalez and Richard Sherman, with host Charissa Thompson. The two also have a new podcast, "Fitz & Whit."
Ryan Fitzpatrick played in the NFL for 17 years, starting at quarterback for a record nine teams, including the Miami Dolphins in 2019 and 2020. Andrew Whitworth played for 16 years at the center, being named the first-team All-Pro twice. Whitworth played for the Cincinnati Bengals for 11 years before spending his final five seasons with the Los Angeles Rams. After winning the Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2021, he ended his career with a win in Super Bowl LVI.
On our walk, we discussed my weight loss journey and the NFL and touched on Ryan FItzpatrick's time with the Dolphins. In addition, we touched on Andrew Whitworth's grand exit as a Super Bowl champion as Fitz and Whit sought advice on starting a podcast.
This walk is hydrated by BODYARMOR.
